24 Weeks

Well, school is definitely back in session...therefore, a lack of blogs. However, we haven't had a baby related post in a while and I know that's what some people read for :). I went back to the doctor last week for a visit and baby's heartrate was ranging from 150-155 (which is right where it has been most of the time). He said I was measuring good too. My next appointment will be the gestational diabetes test...oh boy!

It's hard to believe that we're already at 24 weeks!

A few other baby-related things:

• I ordered the fabric for the nursery last week!
• Drew has been working on painting the room... it's almost complete!
• We have thoroughly enjoyed watching my belly this week as Miss Priss has been moving and kicking. The belly "dancing" has begun!

Happy Birthday!

We celebrated Drew and Mallory's birthdays over the weekend. Missy & Alan came up from Opp for Missy to help out at Alpha Gam's Bid Day on Saturday. Because their birthdays are so close together, we ordered a cake for the weekend. It was yummy!

Drew was a little more cooperative taking pictures this year!

My friend Jill made the cake for us. She asked Drew what kind of cake he wanted, and he jokingly said a "pig" cake. Well.... he got pig cupcakes instead. They turned out really cute though! Happy Birthday Mallory! Happy Birthday Drew!

Success!

Remember this? After the first day of school last year, I knew it couldn't get any worse! Thankfully, I will count today as a success! Very few tears shed. We had a lot of fun and stayed super busy. I do have quite the group of talkers, which will take a little bit to gain control, but again... much better than last year!!!
