3 Month Pictures

Instead of hiring a photographer for Parker's 3 month pictures, I decided that I would atleast attempt to take them on my own first.  Then if I wasn't successful, I would find someone to take them.  My mom has my great-grandfather's christening gown.  Jager and I both had our 3 month pictures taken in it, and mom wanted us to take a picture of Parker in it.  So, Saturday afternoon, I got out the camera and the christening gown and Parker and I had some fun.  I personally think I got some great pictures... no photographer needed this time!

3 Months Old

My baby girl is 3 months old! Where has time gone!!! 

We are soaking up every minute of Spring Break this week (post coming later).

We don't have a doctor's appointment this month, so we don't have her weight and height.  We might try to get that later just for our own sake. 

At 3 months, Parker has decided that she LOVES tummy time.  (I think she will be a tummy sleeper when she is able to roll over).  She is sleeping better than she was last month, and just this week, we have moved her to her crib.

It is truly hard to believe that we have a three month old around our house.  Most of the time, little girl is smiley and giggling, talking and playing with us.  It is the best thing in the world!

This little girl has tried to suck her thumb since the day she was born... we have been able to keep that from happening with her paci. 

However, it seems she has found her hands...

and they are constantly at or in her mouth...

even with the paci in!

11 weeks

parker was in such a happy mood the other night that we just had to get out the camera for a little photo shoot...

please pray for our family over the next few days... i've been blessed to stay at home with this angel for 11 weeks now.  i'm heading back to work tomorrow, and while i know it is for the best, it is awfully hard.  pray for an easy adjustment to our new normal for both parker and myself.
